All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time for processing and delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 


 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Orders shipped to the United States typically arrive within 15–30 business days.

International orders typically arrive within 30–45 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 


 

Delivery Delays Disclaimer

Zendvio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by holidays, customs processing, weather conditions, carrier issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

 


 

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Zendvio ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 


 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

After receiving your tracking number, please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active and begin updating in the carrier’s system.

 


 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Zendvio is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

 


 

Damages

Zendvio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
